Michelle became a Realtor in Bedford NH in 2001, covering the MA border to lakes region. In 2014 she moved part time to the White Mountains where she bought Tarry Ho Campground in Twin Mountain, NH. After bringing it back to life, renaming it Along the River Campground she sold it in 2019.  She opened 302 Grill (a food truck) in 2016, sold that in 2019 and in 2017 bought what is now Allegory Inn on Route 3 in Twin Mountain and updated it for todays travelers. Handling reservations and Airbnb off-site she ran it with a full time on site property manage.
In 2019 she found her way back to the Lakes Region residing in Laconia, NH. And with that is a full time Realtor in the lakes region.
Michelle 'gets' the real estate market in NH top to bottom. With her buying and selling, especially with businesses, There are alot of little details in there she understands about properties that most agents don't. She has contacts all over the state, and locally through a variety of chambers of commerce, business groups, etc.
You won't meet a more committed agent who cares about her clients and their goals more than her own.

Yes she does relax, in the summer you'll find her on her boat, and you just might be joining her to get to that fabulous lake property or hang out at the sandbar (the more the merrier she always says).

PS Michelle trains/coaches and teaches. She teaches classes for Buyers and Sellers (which she loves!), coaches other agent how to help their clients best, and teaches photography. Her love for helping buyers and sellers began in the early days when she used to do classes for NH Housing. Now she does it on her own because she feels too many times buyers and sellers are kept in the dark until 'stuff' gets real. Not all agents have been well trained and it's detrimental to their clients. There is SO much they could (and should) learn along the way when buying and selling one of the largest assets of their lifetime. Informed clients get it. They don't expect things to be perfect, but when they are prepared it makes a world of difference and allows everyone to sleep better I believe all clients should have good information and a healthy understanding, so they can feel more comfortable and confident in their decisions.
